Common Issues

I cannot sign in

Try the following:

  • confirm that you are using the correct login link
  • re-enter your password carefully
  • ask an administrator whether your account is active
  • try again from another supported browser if needed

I cannot find a patient

  • check the spelling of the pet or owner name
  • search using a partial name if available
  • verify that a duplicate record was not created under a variation

My invoice looks incorrect

  • confirm the services or items added to the bill
  • review quantities, pricing, and any discount applied
  • compare the invoice against the appointment or visit details

A page does not load properly

  • refresh the page
  • sign out and sign back in
  • test another supported browser
  • report the issue to your clinic administrator with the exact steps you followed
