Inventory

The Inventory page helps clinics manage products, medicines, services, stock visibility, and pricing for the active clinic.

What users can do here​

  • search products by name, SKU, or barcode
  • filter by type, category, stock state, and status
  • review stock and pricing
  • open product details
  • use Add Product
  • use the quick links Categories, Suppliers, Purchases, Adjustments, Import, and Export

What the product list shows​

Each row can show:

  • product name
  • SKU
  • barcode
  • type badges such as service, medicine, stock, and sellable
  • category
  • stock level
  • reorder level
  • expiry warning
  • sale price
  • MRP
  • status

Best practice​

Use filters to isolate low-stock, inactive, or category-specific products before making changes.
