Forgot Password Screen

Use the Forgot Password screen when you can no longer sign in with your current password.

What the screen includes​

  • email field
  • Send Reset Link button
  • Back to login link
  1. Open Forgot password? from the login page.
  2. Enter the staff email linked to your account.
  3. Select Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your email for the reset message.

Best practice​

Use the same email address shown in your My Account profile. If the email is outdated or inaccessible, ask a clinic administrator to review your user record.
