Accessing Petaladdin
Petaladdin is typically accessed through a web browser provided by your clinic or hospital.
Before you begin
- make sure you have the correct login URL
- confirm that your account has already been created
- keep your work email or username ready
Signing in
- Open the Petaladdin login page provided by your clinic.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select
Sign In.
First-time access
If you are logging in for the first time, your clinic may ask you to:
- change your temporary password
- verify your contact details
- review your assigned role and access
If you cannot log in
- check for typing errors in your email or password
- make sure Caps Lock is off
- ask your clinic administrator whether your account is active
