Booking a new appointment
- Open the appointments or calendar section.
- Select the required date and time slot.
- Choose the client and patient.
- Select the visit type or service.
- Save the appointment.
Rescheduling or cancelling
When a client requests a change:
- Open the existing appointment.
- Update the date, time, or assigned doctor as needed.
- Save the changes.
- If the appointment is cancelled, record the reason when your clinic workflow requires it.
