Clinic Switcher
The Clinic switcher in the top bar lets users change their active clinic when they have access to more than one clinic.
What the switcher does
- shows the current clinic in the header
- lists available clinics assigned to the user
- switches the active clinic immediately after selection
How to switch clinics
- Open the clinic dropdown in the top bar.
- Select the clinic you want to work in.
- Wait for the
Switching...status to finish.
After the change, dashboards, appointments, inventory, billing, and reports update to the selected clinic context.
When to use this
Use the clinic switcher when:
- working across multiple branches
- reviewing reports for another clinic
- creating staff, appointments, or invoices in a different clinic context
Important note
Always confirm the active clinic before scheduling appointments, receiving purchases, or posting invoices. Many records are saved against the current clinic.
